RETURN POLICY
Purchases may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, (excluding gift packaging), for a complete refund* (*refund excludes shipping charges) with the exception of gift, swimwear and sale items. If you wish to return an item, please log in to your account on our website. Once you have accessed your account, you will be able to view the items you have purchased. Click “Return” for any items you would like to return. Please see "How to return a gift item" or “Return of sale items” in sections below for specifics of these return policies. Sales become final 14 days after the order is delivered to recipient . Please do not return items to us later than 14 days after delivery date. (Items MUST ARRIVE at our receiving address within 14 days after the order was delivered to you) Items returned to us after 14 days will be refused and or returned without refund. Please allow transit time when returning items.

** RETURN OF SALE ITEMS
All sale items can be returned, however, items will be returned at purchase price. Items on sale that are more than 50% off are considered FINAL SALE.
** RETURN OF GIFT ITEMS
Recipients may ONLY exchange gift items. Please Contact Us at (888) 683-8907 to arrange your gift exchange. Or, if you prefer, a credit back to purchaser's credit card can be processed within 14 days of the date you received the order. (Items MUST ARRIVE at our receiving address within 14 days). Please allow transit time when returning items. We're sorry, but we cannot process exchanges for gift returns. We cannot issue a cash or credit card refund to the gift recipient.
To ensure availability of the item you would like to exchange, it is best to place a new order for the new item online and return the original item for credit to the original form of payment. Exchanges may be made within 14 days of the date of the original order delivery date to you, provided we have the desired item(s) in stock. (Note: Returning items must arrive at our receiving address within 14 days after they were received to you). Please allow transit time when returning items. Re-shipping charges will be charged to the payment method on file with the original order in the case of exchanges. (We do not accept checks or money orders -- please do not send checks or money orders with your return.) Exchanges are processed within 14 days of our receipt of the item(s). If the item you have requested in your exchange is no longer available a credit will be issued to the original payment method on file and the information will be emailed to the email address on file for the original order. If an item was purchased as a set, (for example 2 pieces, a top and bottom), it must be returned as a set. Returns and exchanges of incomplete sets will not be processed. Returns may only be credited back to the form of payment used to make the original purchase.

NOTE: We strongly suggest sending your package back in a manner that is trackable, (UPS, Fed Ex, or Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return or exchange until it has been processed.
PROCESSING YOUR RETURN
Returns or exchanges are processed within 14 days of the date we receive the item(s). A credit or shipment notification email will be sent to the email address on file at the time the credit or exchange is processed.
TRACKING MY RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED
We're sorry, but we cannot confirm receipt of a return or exchange until it has been processed. If it has been more than 14 days since your return arrived at our warehouse and your return has not been processed to date. Please Contact Us at (888) 683-8907 and include your name, order number and tracking details of your return so that we research the transaction further.
We take great care in packaging your shipment, but occasionally items are damaged in transit or there may be damages not visible to our shipping department prior to shipping. Should you receive an item that is damaged or your order has received damages in shipping, please Contact Us immediately at (888) 683-8907 so that we may arrange for replacement and arrange return shipping of damaged items. MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS Although it is our goal to fulfill each order perfectly, occasionally shipping may incur human error in packing your order. Should this occur, please contact us immediately at Contact Us so that we may have the opportunity to correct this issue in a timely manner with as little inconvenience as possible to you.
