ORDERING AND SHIPPING
ORDERING ON THE SITE:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Currently we do not accept gift certificates online. Be we would be happy to them at all retail locations.
Your security is very important to us. For those purposes, please do not send cash or request CODs. In addition, please do not include your credit card number on any email communication.
SHIPPING ADDRESS OPTIONS:
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. Shipping addresses can be selected on the “shipping address” page during checkout.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS:
If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same destination or to different destinations), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.
PERSONAL MESSAGES:
If you’re sending a gift, we would like to assist you in customizing it! You can add a personal message to the packing slip at no extra charge.
SALES TAX:
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, for orders shipped to: NJ and FL only. FREE SHIPPING:
Orders totaling over $150 per transaction will receive FREE shipping, via three business day UPS, within the Continental USA Only. *
SHIPPING IN THE USA:
You will receive your order in four to seven business days from the date your order was placed. Shipping costs for ground shipping via UPS within the continental USA are as follows :
